About Us

Equipping Youth with Skills!

Njogu-ini Career Association is a Christian-based nonprofit organization located in Njogu-ini, Nyeri County, Kenya. Founded by Milkah Githinji, our mission is to transform the lives of underprivileged youth—especially girls—by equipping them with practical skills, entrepreneurial mindsets, and a strong foundation in biblical values.

We exist to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity. Many of the young people we serve have completed high school but are unable to afford further education. Through our training programs and mentorship, we help them build meaningful careers, launch small businesses, and contribute to their families and communities with dignity.

Mission

To empower underprivileged youth with vocational skills, Christian mentorship, and sustainable solutions that promote self-reliance, employment, and godly stewardship.

Vision

A Christ-centered, self-sufficient, and skilled generation that uplifts communities and honors God through their work, service, and impact.

Our Values

At Njogu-ini Career Association, our work is more than just training—it’s a calling rooted in our unwavering commitment to biblical principles and human dignity. Our values shape how we serve, teach, and lead. They guide our students, staff, and partners in building a life of purpose, integrity, and impact.

These are the values we live by:

Faith in God

We believe that all true transformation begins with faith. Christ is at the center of our mission, and we strive to reflect His love, grace, and purpose in every program, classroom, and conversation.

Integrity

We commit to honesty, transparency, and accountability in all our operations. We teach our trainees to work with truth and fairness, knowing that integrity is the cornerstone of lasting success.

Stewardship

We are entrusted with resources—time, tools, donations, and opportunities—and we use them wisely. From recycling initiatives to donor funds, we practice responsible management for God’s glory.

Empowerment

We don’t just train hands—we raise leaders. By equipping youth with skills, confidence, and entrepreneurship, we help them realize their full God-given potential.

Community

We foster a Christ-centered environment of belonging, respect, and shared growth. Our students, mentors, staff, and partners are united by a common mission to uplift one another and serve with humility.
